Библиотеки в Монреале заслуживают отдельной темы. Сегодня, например, мы, Альберт с мамой, идем туда в первый раз на Story Time. Это бесплатно, но надо заранее записаться по телефону.
А на днях мы набрали там кучу детских книг с аудиодисками. Ну, и ДВД с детскими фильмами-программами. Взяли Алису в Стране Чудес Тима Бёртона, Dora the explorer, еще какой-то местный детский сериал, рекомендованный библиотекаршей - квебекуа. Которая, к слову, очень доброжелательно и подробно показала маме, где что искать в библиотеке. Мы также зарезервировали несколько фильмов, в том числе и для взрослых. Все на английском и французском (можно переключать). Помогает усваивать языки.

В школе сыну-первоклашке выдали песенник. На французском, само собой. На пару-тройку песен есть ссылка на мелодию. Сказали учить. Осталось разобраться, как это все произносится и что означает.
